Report 1

Here is the report for my gym session (2nd day),

Leg Press - 40 kg
Fly - 25 kg
Chest Press - 37.5 kg
Smith Bar - 2.5 kg x 2
1.75 kg x 2
8 kg
Dumbbell (lying down) 5 kg x 2
Dumbbell (45 degree) 7.5 kg

Still.....Newbies record -_-
First day is trial session and so don't have any record or report.

Losing interests on blogging due to some personal reasons. Fark it!
